Guys Quick Q re medical results.

Did anyone get the actual completed form IMM 007 back from the medical exam? My parents got the Lab results, but not the actual completed MEDICAL REPORT CLIENT BIODATA & SUMMARY form. Is this normal?

Parents did it from Max Hospital in Delhi if anyone is curious.

You parents don't get that .You parents got a acknowledgement with their IME number written on it from Max Hospital with their photo on it. They can get hard copy of blood test results after three days from their itself but not of X ray .

My parents are currently in Canada on super visa and they are leaving next week. Is it okay if they get their medical done when they go back to India? Or they need to get it done in Canada since their visa processing office is CPC-Mississauga?

You can do it anywhere in the world where there is a panel physician, see the list on the IRCC website

@robertp please update line#41, PA status changed to Application Received from ‘In process’. I guess same happened to you. After how many days did it changed back to ‘in process’?

after 1+week it will back to In process in my case.
ones NDLV office sent you PCC and / OR IME , your Ecas will update to In process.

My parents did get few documents and doctor's report after additional tests, then they submitted all those documents to the counter (in Max Hospital Mohali) which is specifically for immigration matters and guy on that counter mentioned that he will upload all those reports by evening.

After medical exam I received this email. What does it mean? The clinic doesn't get any request or information from Regional Medical Office. Thanks.

Exceptional circumstances include: moving to a new location making it difficult to visit the original panel physician, or the original panel physician is no longer available.



You have 60 days from the date of this letter to comply with this request.

Go and see the same doctor/hospital. Against your parents IME number there will be details available to panel physicain about additional medical tests requested by IRCC. Do your parents have any known medical condition?

Need help!!! quick question about notarized translation. In Canada, if the signature of the translator is attested by a designated person. and it is a commissioner for the oath with the affidavit. Does it consider as a notarized translation?

Yes, all this is correct and exactly how it happened. All good then! Just waiting for IME passed on myCIC now

Finally my application is on normal track. They created the new application with correct dependent. This morning, they transfer the DM of sponsor to new application. It shows DM and IP on ECAS.

Hopefully, they would transfer the medical from old file to new file and pass it.

My application was received in ottawa on june 5th. Still waiting for a response from cic.

My parents are here in Canada since march ,2019 on visit visa. I have applied for there extension last month. I need there help here.
In the formsI submitted I have mention my canadian address as mailing address for them and india’s address (the one on their passport) as their residential address. I did mention they are in Canada as a visitor (IMM 0008).

My concern is over the biometric request? Will i receive it for them. If yes then do they have to go to India to get it done?

Also I am waiting for my application number so I can update cic regarding increase in family member from 5 to 6 because i had a new born recently. I will be updating them regarding my parents extension as well if approved.

Any suggestions will help.

You may or may not get the bio. The policy dictating this for parents living in Canada is not clear yet. You can do it in US, if they have US visa.

You still probably have to wait till end of next wk to get the AoR.

If you get the bio request then you have a option to go to the US or Mexico. Since you did not get the AOR yet then you may have a option to do in back home as well, if your parents are going to stay with you for 1-2 or 3 months. As it would take some time to get DM on sponsor application. They will request bio only after they finish the processing of sponsor application.
