Help,Canada visa refused due to purpose of visit and ordered GCMS Notes,the reason is still unclear.

REFUSAL LETTER- Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.You are welcome to reapply if you can address the concern.All new applications accompanied by new processing fee

ABOUT MY APPLICATION- Language abilities-I submitted My IELTS test report and I had overall 7 bands with 8 in reading,7.5 in listening,6.5 in speaking and 6.5 in writing.The requirement for SDS visa is 6 bands.

previous education-I finished my high school recently and had Physics,chemistry and math as main subject in 10th and 12th.I got admitted to bachelors of computer science and met entry requirement for the course.

travel history-I recently turned 18 and I really did not get the chance to travel in childhood so I have no prior travel history to any country.

personal establishment,financial ability and ties to home country-I showed the necessary amount to fulfill my study and living cost.I also showed the proof of income.

Yeah,4 year degree and payed one year tuition fees along with GIC certificate and bank statements showing around 50000 CAD.The tuition fees of university per year is 12000 CAD.
