3 TIMES REFUSED ! ! ! help..

No I didn't ordered CAIPS bcz the reasons are crystal like clear in my rejection letter So I think no use for it..
I am afraid of my previous rejection may affect when I apply to Germany !

Don't think it will its just a refusal not overstaying or anything illegal also check the application form dont think they ask for it like Canada does.

In another thread you asked if your three refusals for student visa will affect your LMIA application and work visa.

Yes, because it's painfully obvious you're attempting to get into Canada whichever way you can.

Okay I understand. Thank you for the response... I don't wanna enter Canada anymore brother..
Anyway I am looking to pursue my higher education from any other country rather than Canada.

Ok...Atleast you have applied to a higher level. But you still need to look at why the officer said "the
motivation to pursue this particular program at this point in time in Canada is reasonable". You should try and convince them why this particular course is relevant to you and is of any benefit to you. I do not know what you wrote on you LOE, but it seems you did not convince the officer of your motivations to pursue the course. You can go through the course outline if its available and see modules that are in the course; do you really need them to advance or perhaps you are already more advanced? Do they show that you they can fill a gap in your career?

Thank for your suggestion actually it's my dream subject and preparing myself for last 2 years to pursue this course.apart from this I also gain much knowledge about this subject career from varaiov seminar but I don't mention this things in statement of purpose
. Could you simply me what outline about course should be add in sop?? Even I am web developer since last 18 months but want to be more advanced in data management through cloud.


Still I have 3 month. What is right for me ?? I have to change my course??
Or I have go through this again at least once??

Now I have improved My IELTS scores to overall 6.5, [L 7.0, R 7.0, S 6.5, W6 .0] and planning to take PG in business could I get visa after 3 refusals? as IELTS was one of the reason for refusal in previous study permits. How can I explain low marks in degree? D grade 59% & 4 backlogs (low academic scores)?

Dear friends..3rd Time Canada Student visa got Rejected ! Got 3rd rejection today (University Category) !


My profile: 10th 76%, 12th 70%, Degree Bcom travel&tourism 59%(4backlogs)2013-16


IELTS : overall 6 (w 6.5, S 6, L 6, R 6)


2year job experience.


1st time applied under SPP 2017


Prgrm : IBM (International Business Management), Graduate Certificate program(1year) In Fleming college ontario. Refused....(Reason : not satisfied you would leave at the end of u r stay , Purpose of visit, other reasons: academic performance,language abilities in specific bands, proposed course of study, travel history, ties to home country )



2nd time applied under University category 2019 Feb


Prgm: Diploma in Public Administration and Management 2year course in CBU, Nova Scotia.


Refused ! (Reason : u r proposed course is not relevant in light of one or more of


3rd time 2019March again applied for same prgrm With changes in SOP only.


Rejection Reason stated as ;

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.


• Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.


This is my situation.. I am totally fed up with these rejections guys... What to do ... Do anyone have good suggestions for me please reply...
