I got rejection from may 2019 intake and they send replied that
Grounds for refusals

· I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

· Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, financial ability, and/or your future prospects and plans.

And now i i took new IELTS exam and got overall 6.5 bands but in writing i just got 5.5 bands , so what are the odds of my visa success rate???

For anyone to comment you need to share your current qualifications, any work experience , your planned course/college and how such a course will improve your prospects in your home country. Just sharing your IELTS results doesn’t really help anyone comment on the rejection reasons.

I got 79 percentage in 12 science and i applied for st. Clair college Windsor for computer systems technician networking and i also saw my bank balance about 18 lakhs. I also mentioned in sop that i will return to my home country after completing my study at canada and in my country there are many opportunities for IT department

I think they can accept 5.5 on writing based on you are applying for networking related program. If you were in business and applied with only 5.5 ielts I'm pretty sure they will refuse. About proof of fund you should show at least 1 year tuition + 12k dollar for a accommodation. More is better. From this forum I read you shouldn't directly mention about leaving the country after study and explain more about why didn't choose your home country's school and reason to study this program. And how old are you ? Did you previously employed ? Any gap between studies and work ?

Yes i also paid 1 year tuition fees and also gic account this 18 lakhs is extra funds and there is none gap until 12th science
I have completed my 12th science in 2017 bt i had also done 1 year computer course

Really? It's so strange you didn't get your visa. They may have problem with other documents. Their refusal letter is only copy paste. I think you should know your real reason of refusal through caipts notes.
