my AOR is Dec 2018 and they told my everything is done and they are doing security like 15 days ago.. still nothing no update

I am also Ar oct 5, aor dec18. Hope the same, but i heard no ppr for any oct applicant till now. All ppr from sep or some of nov also getting it. Looks like they skip oct

i did noticed that people from oct and nov AOR are getting PPR but they didn’t start dec AORs yet

My dependents and I did our medical in February 2019 and it was submitted to IRCC in March 2019. In July 2019 I received another medical request for 1 of my dependent whose medical was already submitted. I called the doctor's office and he told me that all the medicals were submitted. What could be the cause of this?? Could it be an error or oversight?
