I got an email this morning to pay right of permanent residence fee (RPRF) . How long it takes to get PPR from RPRF.

Hi I called cic today. The agent told me we have not received your documents..and i told him that my representative send a courier and its not uploaded on portal. He said just write web form to cic calgary with information of the courier and we will tell you the next step. He said your eligibility is passed, criminal check and security in progress. Those are still in progress because my wife's pcc is in the documents which they are saying we have not received. My representative will write them web form today.
I hope once they review the document. They will issue dm or ppr.
