So I couldn't wait until tomorrow! I called IRCC and had to wait for half an hour!! The agent said everything is normal and the background check is completed and that's all he can see! I told him that 2 weeks ago the agent told me that he can see it is "Ready for Test" and whether he sees the same thing or not, and he goes oh is it what the agent said? Yeah it means the same thing, you application is going through the normal path and that's what it is! I asked if he sees a date for test and he said No!
I asked him to send a note to the office in London. He did so and that was it!! It is not promising! I am sad!

We can only show patience. I believe you would definitely have a test date on your file but the agents didn't want to get your hopes high in case something goes wrong. Just like Hattoba. Hattoba was told the date long before. They sent it quite late. I bet they even know the oath dates that they would sent out if test is passed.So I couldn't wait until tomorrow! When I called IRCC last time, I told agent that I am travelling back home December 5th and want to make sure that officer knows. He said although he is making a note, he believes I would be done before that but nothing is sure until it's done. Now where did he get this "belief" from? I probed him for more info but he said he is not seeing anything else at the moment.
Coincidentally, yes. I talked to him today. He was at IRCC London for his oath. He wrote his test on July 18th (oath on Aug 22).
Yes, Owais! I should be more patient! The fact that my background check is completed is a good sign, anyways.

Interestingly enough the website is updated with new oath ceremony dates in London:
September 23rd (2 ceremonies @ Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada Office),
October 10th (1 ceremony @ Wolf Performance Hall - London Public Library!!),
October 21st (2 ceremonies @ Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada Office), and
November 4th (2 ceremonies @ Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada Office).

I called them today to see if someone else would spill anything. The agent was very stuck up and just said that all he can tell me is that my application looks good and test invitation would be sent when it is due and give them a call if I don't hear anything at the completion of one year. I asked if my background/security is completed. He just repeated what I mentioned above.
Yeah! They refuse to give any info!!
BTW, I received the GCMS notes! I went through it a few times and couldn't make anything out of it! I see that criminality and background are PASSED and there is due date on Nov. 8th, 2019!! Not sure what it is!
