Processing time after appeal being allowed

Can you share if you got any update?
Actually, my case is a little different, I appealed for sponsorship for my mom which they denied.
I have won the appeal on March 7 and now waiting what the next step could be.

Any update would be helpful

Hi All !
-I applied family class sponsorship on 2017 October , I application got refused on 2018 October on the bases on my interview held on October 2018.
-I went to Federal court and appeal against the decision they made.
-Our appeal got approve on May 2019.
-After almost 45 days on I received and email saying application has been reopen. Now, I had to filled some documents that was mentioned on email , Which I have sent within 3 days.
*Medical
*PCC
*background , family detail and IMM0008E
*bio-metric payment of $85 .
-All mentioned document has been sent on 1st July 2019
NOW I JUST WANT TO KNOW HOW LONG I HAVE TO WAIT TO GET APPOINTMENT FOR BIOMETRIC AND WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO ASK ME TO SUBMIT MY PASSPORT ?

*It would be kind of those who can help me to know the time line , who already got there visa or those who have submitted there passport for stamping.

Partially depends on your application was approved or you were approved for another assessment of your file.

Hi.
In my case, it took 2 months and 3 weeks from the date I sent the documents to the passports request email. It could have been way sooner but after I sent the documents they asked for one more. (Resume/CV which I have no idea why),
If Ottawa is processing your application, I think it's faster.

I won my appeal on Sep 10 ( spousal sponsorship outside Canada ) and I got the confirmation Sep 30. When I check online it still says Decision made. Anyone has an idea how long it takes after an appeal being allowed

How long it take to get visa after you won the appeal ?
My appeal was also allowed on May 15 , I have submitted my bio metric on 10 July 2019 along will all the document they requested.
Can you just tell me how long it took on your case ?

My appeal was allowed on Sep 10 last year. Passport request was on Feb 1.
Then it takes maybe couple of weeks to a month to get the passport back

We just got our notice of decision, so now we wait for our email to update our medical etc

Hi,
Came across your posts and I’m in similar situation. My application is for spousal sponsorship. It was denied due to criminal inadmissibility. Judicial review was approved and the case had been reopened. Documents requested by visa office were submitted beginning of July. Not sure how long it will take from this point on. However they didn’t ask me for information such as biometrics. Just schedule A form. Let’s see what happens. I just hope it’s not a long wait till a decision is made.

- Are They going to transfer the file again BACK to NEW DELHI VISA OFFICE , or they will directly provide me the PPR ?
Our appeal was allowed on 15 may 2019, so this is no logic that it should again get transfer to the native country for further processing again.

my time line also same with you our appeal is allowed 14th-jun-2019 CPC-Mississauga request updated from pcc , medical biometric fees
we send all 15th this month and my background check started 13th aug after that no response from CPC-Mississauga
