my time line also same with you our appeal is allowed 14th-jun-2019 CPC-Mississauga request updated from pcc , medical biometric fees
we send all 15th this month and my background check started 13th aug after that no response from CPC-Mississauga
what about your background check is it started or not ?

No , I only have single PCC, which i have already provided them on there special Email ID.
Do you Know how long we have to wait ?
Is my file going again Transfered again to its native country ??

i think they didn't send back to local visa office
some said after background check change they wil send PPR with in week
but you also wait more than one month so i want to wait more few months

All depends but for us, it took one year after refusal to get the hearing and the decision was at the end of the hearing.

Background Check Status is still on Process but got my PreArrival PDF Letter on 31 Oct 2019 on my GCkey account , which was send from Local Visa office letter after a week I received an email From Mississauga about the same PreArrival Letter.
I am still waiting DM and PPR. Hoping for the best to get the letter soon.

Won my appeal on September 30th, 2019 following the hearing. I received request for criminal records on November 6th and they arrived at visa office on December 2nd, today they sent the medical request ( I thought they were usually requested together ) however how long does it take after medical to receive a decision made and passport request?

Usually few days! It took us 2 days. We sent criminal request on November 13 and still waiting
