My appeal was allowed on Sep 10 last year. Passport request was on Feb 1. Then it takes maybe couple of weeks to a month to get the passport back

Hi. In my case, it took 2 months and 3 weeks from the date I sent the documents to the passports request email. It could have been way sooner but after I sent the documents they asked for one more. (Resume/CV which I have no idea why), If Ottawa is processing your application, I think it's faster.

Thank you... it is 1 month and 2 weeks now since we won the appeal... but strange!! How are they asking you the pr fees again?? They might refund you later I guess

I won my appeal on Sep 10 ( spousal sponsorship outside Canada ) and I got the confirmation Sep 30. When I check online it still says Decision made. Anyone has an idea how long it takes after an appeal being allowed
