No, we have not received pre-arrival. We ordered our notes and it only showed old stuff from a couple of year ago. Our rep contacted them and said our application is still be processed. Oh, shit really!! I have tried to contact an MP but they never get back to us. All we can do is wait... I know that VO is VERY SLOW
Sorry to hear so, I'd say you def should have received that mail by now... I guess it's just more of the waiting game for us.

Congratulations! :)

They often, it seems, ask for the same forms again (Schedule A especially) to check that nothing has changed... afterall, it was a year ago! For example, address, job/status, relationship/marriage etc.

Not an expert, but also heard that it was, for instance, VFS Global office (where you did fingerprints) rather than the Canadian commission itself. However, please don't quote me. What is the wording on the letter?

(There was a similar thread here but from 2017 - ALWAYS GO BY THE INFORMATION IN YOUR LETTER! - https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...17-ppr-request-where-to-send-passport.473937/)

So the first question is, what country is your passport from that you are going to travel into Canada on? Check the visa exempt list, as the letter will say 'if exempt, do this - if not exempt, do that'

Use the webform: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp

Click on 'Tell us more' to start entering information and state that the portal is showing 'Decision Made' but there is no other information.

Hopefully London will email you back pretty quickly with some news! (and if you already got a 'pre arrival' letter - happy news! ;))

There is a physical printing backlog, and nothing changes on the online tools until printing has taken place.

once you send a message through webform how long does it take on average to get a response?

On average - 2-4 weeks. However, when I had 'Decision Made' the reply came the NEXT DAY. (I guess someone was working on my case!)

You didn’t have to send a photocopy of your passport to my cic? I’m also from a visa exempt country ( I’m British )

I had already sent copies in my application pack (it was one of the requested documents).

In the CoPR letter it states that my visa is an 'electronic visa' - it's a serial number - when I land, the immigration officer taps it into the computer. No need for a foil.

I'm landing in Ontario - what did you nominate as your landing province? (Maybe there is a difference .. but there shouldn't be!)
