Question, my husband is on a on an exclusion order, which based on my understanding and cic is one year ban. The ban should be up in January 2020. I know they will ask for the removal fee back, but will he still need an ARC. He has his departure notice which after a year the CIC website says thats all he would need and he can return back as normal with his pr documentation. Is this so.

Yes you do need ARC they may ask you to pay $1500 Removal fee because you said they paid air ticket.good luck
