"I forgot to add a degree on my EE profile because I have never used it professionally and it is just lying around in my records. I never claimed any points for it neither do I have an ECA for it. My agent told me that if I "add" it to my profile now ( I haven't gotten my ITA) it will raise flags in the system and it is better to just let it be."
Suggestions / comments?

So no draw today I believe? Damn!! So that's 3 week gap now. Guess IRCC doesn't want the scores to drop below 450 
October 15th draw is when I got in. Damn that seems long time ago!! Sadly my journey still hasn't ended maybe on October 15th is when it will finish again
Will that help with increase in points, if yes he can add that. but ECA need to be completed before that,

Just thought of sharing a long story - I had a score of 441 on June 5 2018 and as the draw was cancelled Score remained high and on Aug 8th the cut off was 440 but Alas by birthday decreased my score to 436. I used to follow Ray of Hope draws 89. 90 , 91 etc fiercely and was super sad. Then I did my masters here in the USA from Aug 2018- Aug 2019 and now I will do a fresh WES report adding my masters and spouse. Keep trying guys and never lose hope. I felt terrible last year this time due to my age and cut off but kept working toward my masters. Similarly if my masters evaluation is delayed or unfavorable or if express entry is cancelled or changed after election, I would appy for Australia or work in India. Just saying always be happy and try hard never look back ! Just a long rant after $1 Mai Tais at apple bees

No,i won't raise any red flags if you change anything in your profile 'prior' to recieving the ITA.
If you have an ECA for that degree include it in the profile, if not then leave it be and mention it in your personal history section which u ll have to fill post ITA.
Also, get a better agent. Yours is dumb.

Guys, anyone who is CEC here currently on closed work permit? Trying to get some idea on tentative timelines on PR processing in this class. Like ITA --> AOR --> MEP --> IP1 --> IP2 --> COPR (I might be wrong/ do correct me please)
PPR before COPR but other stages seems alright.
For detail about these stages you should search for AOR threads as most people here are still waiting for ITA.
