Sorry to hear about your case. Did he had any argument with the security in airport in Turkey? That could also be a possibility.
Thanks, no nothing my husband is very nice and calm person. And i was with him on the phone the entire time..

Well, I was thinking of the possibility that if he got frustrated with the whole ordeal of cancelled flights and he had argument/fight with security which result in assault charges and they let Canada Immigration know. But it could be something else. Maybe he is on US blacklist or something. I am not sure.Security at the airport would not have the authorization to modify or cancel a TRV or PR, that is all internal . If you argue with security at the airport, it is not an incredibly bright thing to do, but they can't cancel a PR, they can however make your stay at the airport "difficult" to say the least
Did he worked for the US or the government in Iraq? Thanks, no nothing my husband is very nice and calm person. And i was with him on the phone the entire time..
Thanks for taking the time to reply.
This is very unfair, people cant choose where to be born at! this issue makeing it our fault to be Iraqi!
Also, i have asked the airline if the direct filght will be passing the US aurway and they confirm to me that is not. And i had my sister to follow the entire trip on their website it never passed over the US
- And same thing happened before booking the Europe flight, ive called frankfurt airport to confirm and they said they don’t fly over the US!

His case recently triggered red flag that IRCC needs to review further and that is why his visa was cancelled. It is NOT about ticket overbooking or argument with airport security. He is probably on the airline's denial of entry list which is obtained from Canadian government.
My local MP office tried to convince me to believe that maybe something happened between the time when he got his visa approved and the time he was about to reavel. So i said if this was the case they should of informed him, me, or our representative but they didn’t. And after my counties request from CIC by the MP office to tell us exactly when the visa was canceled they said it was canceled on April the 9th!! Which is 3 days after his first fight were. Thats why we are very confused and wanted to hear the exact reason because it’s very unfair to us we have already waited 16 months before the first approval.

There is no confusion. The visa cancellation may be done later than updating the denial of entry list. The update of list takes much higher priority than letting the applicant know that visa was cancellation. And airline will immediately know about this and that is why he was not able to board the plane on Apr. 6 (at which time the airline already knew that something is wrong for his visa).
16 months processing time already indicates your application is not an usual case as it is exceeding the normal processing time.
As I mentioned, you can order notes to see what is really going on behind this.
If it is serious enough I think so and in that case I believe only the applicant and/or Canadian government would know what is really going on.Would imagine the relevant information will be blacked out.
Yes. It is hard to tell. Maybe the airlines did not know the exact reason and told him about the US exclusion. If it is serious enough I think so and in that case I believe only the applicant and/or Canadian government would know what is really going on.

Exactly or airline maybe instructed to not to reveal any more information until further notice from government.Yes. It is hard to tell. Maybe the airlines did not know the exact reason and told him about the US exclusion.
