Which of the following is TRUE -

a. Both the Principal Applicant (My Dad) and Dependant (My Mom) have to fill their individual copy of IMM5562?

b. Only the Principal Applicant fills the IMM5562 as it has column for Spouse as well?

It has column for spouse, so I cannot think of a reason why you need to fill 2x forms

Ecas update showing application recd on May 17th 2019. Till yesterday there was no update, just logged in today and saw this update.
