medical surveillance for super visa

Hi everyone,

My mom has been in Calgary for a month, and I've submitted her medical surveillance undertaking form right after her arrival. I have been told by AHS that the clinic has to be Calgary where I live. My mom was planning to stay for 2 months, now, we probably have to extend her stay but I am not sure until when is ok. For anyone that have received the calls from TB office, could you share with me how long did it take you to hear from them about the appointment?

Hi Tracy,
I’m in the same situation with my mom.she got the visa last 2019 but just came in Canada last August 2021.She had the medical surveillance undertaking form.Can you share the next steps of what should I do or call?Thank you in advance
