True.. It's strange you have not received visa.. My friends who applied between 13-18 all got visa

Received the third acknowledgement letter today with the same Kind of Language,
So now the timeline is as follows -
Applied offline non SDS for Fall 2019 intake.
Application submitted at VFS Delhi along with Biometrics and upfront Medical - June 14
Application received by High Commission - June 17
Received first student acknowledgement letter - June 28 (14 days from submission)
Received second student acknowledgement letter - July 12 (28 days from submission)
Received third student acknowledgement letter - July 24 (40 days from submission)
Waiting!!
I'm so nervous. I wonder why the 3rd acknowledgement letter came before the 14 days mark which teh earlier two followed. I hope they arrive at a decision soon and its positive.

I think you misread July as June. It's nearly improbable that July ones get the visa (especially those who applied last week)

Application received by IRCC New Delhi on 18th July 2019
I was able to find information about my application by searching in "Add (link) your application to your account" in GC Key account.

Medical Upfront : 28 May
First student acknowledgment letter recieved- 28 June
Second Student acknowledgment letter recieved-12 July
Third Student Acknowledgment letter recieved-24 July
23 July only Biometric Updated in column part said: 18 June biometic completed
After that not any kind of updated : even not medical updated yet !!!
So both of us same!! Only difference is your file offline or my file online !!!
Hope We will get result soon!!
