Delhi Under Processing Non sds offline

Sharing my brother's timeline here. Applied offline non SDS for Fall 2019 intake.
Application submitted at VFS Delhi along with Biometrics and upfront Medical - June 14
Application received by High Commission - June 17
Received first student acknowledgement letter - June 28 (14 days from submission)
Received second student acknowledgement letter - July 12 (28 days from submission)
Nothing after that...... Waiting!!!

I request everyone to share their visa timelines who applied non sds and their file is at delhi office. If you have got visa , sharing your timeline will help us a lot and if you have not got the visa yet ! lets connect here since delhi office specifically is taking much more time than other offices like banglore

I am also waiting from 1 month my biometric has been done on 24 june 2019 till now no update
And in tracking id i found that your file is received and is under processing at ircc from 25/06/2019

I applied on 20 June and file received shows 24rth June! I could not link to gckey since i put representative in my file..

I applied on 2nd July ! I am in even worst situation

Well, I applied on 15th July. The IRCC received the file on 18th, so I guess that's the day from which they will start counting the processing days.
