CCB born outside Canada but citizen at birth

Hi everyone..

Our child was born outside canada but he’s a canadian citizen at birth (father is citizen) and he’s one year old now.

We moved here in Canada just last month..and filed for CCB 3 weeks ago... CRA told us that it will be 11 weeks process...

Question: are we goin to get the benefit since he was born or just the month when we moved?
