I’m getting this done for my 3 years Diploma (MSBTE) and 3 years Bachelors Degree (Mumbai University), anticipating to get 2 certificates points.

Can you please share your experience on how to send official documents from MSBTE to ICAS as MSBTE doesn't provide service to send them to any International location? Can you also please advise on how to get "Official Records Request Form" filled by MSBTE and SEND it to ICAS?

I have submitted a bachelor degree in English literature from Azad University of Tehran, Iran. Its been more than 7 month now and there has been no updates. I could not reach them in any way.

This is terrible, I'd never recommend ICAS to anyone.
