I normally don't like to add my name to lists as I think every case is different and this creates more anxiety, but ok, I will add my details:

• Sponsored people: 1 (Mother)
• Parents Country of Citizenship: Venezuela
• Province: Quebec
• Invitations Receive Date: April 24th, 2019
• Application received in Ottawa Date: April 26th, 2019

Current status on ECAS is "Application Received" and the AOR was received yesterday (July 11th, 2019)

I wish your application status goes directly to DM stage and a faster processing, given you are among the first ones to submit a complete application.
You have not been requested any additional documents and you got AOR, so your application is definitely complete in that sense.

Also update line 11 Column U: It should be In Process and not Appl Received

My theory is that for people whose application was submitted, but cannot see ECAS - their file is still in 'Prospective' stage (They have temprary file number at this stage). Once it moves to next stage, and 'X' is removed from temporary file number, they will see ECAS, and may be issued AOR - if they make it to top 20K.

ECAS updated "App. Received": Week if Ist July,I was on vacation that week. checked ecas on MOnday 8th July and it was application received. So not sure exactly what day it was updated.
Not able to link to MyCIC.

There is no figure of 20K. Who ever has invited & submitted complete applications by 28th June will be part of PGP 2019.
