Visa Pick up through VAC in New York

Hello all,

I received an email that I should send my passport to pick up my visitor visa to Canada.


1. According to https://www.vfsglobal.ca/Canada/USA/how_to_apply.html and the following lines:

1. Fees required for applicants who are not enrolling biometrics;
   1. Fee Required for Package Transmission: USD$19.90
   2. Fee Required for Assisted Service-Paper Applications: USD$30.80
   3. *Payment amount must be the exact service charge fee for your application

Should I submit two money orders? one $19.90 and another $30.80? Where should I send these money orders? Is the address:
Canada Visa Application Centre
145 WEST 45th street, 4th floor
New York, NY 10036

2. What documents should I post? My Passport + 2 TT Services Consent Form + 2 Money Orders?

3. Where can I get a pre-paid return shipping label? Should I post it separately to VAC or should I put it in the same envelope with my passport?
