@rody0988, I'm so confused. By 'done', do they mean your application has been approved, in which case you don't need to worry about the status of the individual elements of your application?

FYI, I was once told by an agent that it can take up to 30 days for a PPR email to be generated after an application has been approved, but I know from experience that's more the case for inland candidates.

I'm sorry you got a bad/mean agent. If you call back, I hope you have better luck. That's pretty disrespectful to tell someone who waited that long that "they don't need to know" the information sitting in front of their faces that is your right to know under ATIP anyway.

It's approved and all cleared. It's just the final mail remaining.

So unclear. @rody0988 I would suggest to raise a CSE, you ll get a response within 3 to 5 days. Anyway, good luck.

CSE sent last week - Not responded.
Notes requested on May 3rd - never received
Several emails to ATIP - Never responded
Complaint to Information Commissioner - Ignored
Notes requested on June 4th
Notes requested on June 24th
A meeting scheduled with local MP (Vancouver) for next Thursday

File in CIO Sidney (Review Required for Funds conversion from Brazilian Real to CAD). File assigned to CB01126 with several examples on this forum of cases of more than 12 months, several applicants from April 2018 still struggling.

This is the organization, no ADR requests, the only notes that I've received all previous analysis defined Eligibility Met, R10 Ok, Criminality Passed and Info-Sharing Complete.
Already prepared for 1 year of wait, so disappointed with the lack of communication and careless.
Can an MP influence the process?? Just thinking about contacting local MP but if it's the same info which i get from a call then there would be nothing to do :(

Well, don't be so muted about it! Haha! Congratulations! Go celebrate! Party all night!

The agent was essentially asking you to stop worrying, in other words. The way you worded it made it sound like the agent was mean or not addressing your questions.

It's approved and all cleared. It's just the final mail remaining.

They can make requests on your behalf. Nothing is guaranteed but as a constituent addressing concerns the MP usually follow up.

I sent a message and I received a phone call from a staff member. I organized a PDF with all my email attempts to get my notes and details about my application.

I will point out the problems of CIO Sidney, if you notice every single person in this forum that says that the application has been analyzed by CB01126 it takes more than one year.

It is not right, we pay fees upfront and sit waiting. It is our life, and we need a response to move on in our plans. Hopefully the MP will be another push to try to make things happen.

I think I'm pretty much like you.
My AOR is Dec 16th.
I've also been told that my eligibility, and criminality are passed. no ADR yet. I'm also PNP-INLAND from BC.
I think PNP application in general take a bit longer.
Don't be stressed dude, we'll get it. we'll all get it.
most pnp inland applicants that I've seen got it in 8 or 9 months.

Thank you so much for your moral support. I hope the MP Office request helps in anything, I will have a meeting with a staff member of Ms. Hedy Fry office. I'll let you know in case of any progress or positive feedback. I don't mind to wait 8,9 or 12 months, I just would like a bit more of communication, fairness and respect, instead of being systematically ignored or to receive only standard and templated answers that do not mean anything at all.

Just that, just be more transparent with deadlines, especially if the deadline that you were supposed to answer is already missed.

Same thing with us, if you do not respond an ADR timely or do not send your passport within the requested timelines you have consequences.

It is just that man, only that. I'm very disappointed with this process at all.

I totally feel you.
The thing with ignoring ATIPs is particularly frustrating! I have a friend who's AOR is OCT 2018. He ordered ATIP maybe 3 months ago, never got a response but he was able to get an update of his application status from the MP.
one thing that I can tell you is to work on your relationship with the MP. They are extremely powerful in this area.
and yes please update me one the meeting
