Mine 29th dec & no updates after medical 11th feb

29 December with two ADRs. No any further movement whatsoever..

Hi Guys, I've just called IRCC to ask about my Application. She told me that eligibility and security not started( same response I get every time I call) however, she told me that sometimes because the information is being verified by different agencies, the status remains "not started" until they finish verification and then suddenly change to complete. Has anyone got the same response?
At least she gave me some hope that I can get PPR anytime, but I don't want to have high hopes. I don't trust these guys

CSE sent last week - Not responded.
Notes requested on May 3rd - never received
Several emails to ATIP - Never responded
Complaint to Information Commissioner - Ignored
Notes requested on June 4th
Notes requested on June 24th
A meeting scheduled with local MP (Vancouver) for next Thursday

File in CIO Sidney (Review Required for Funds conversion from Brazilian Real to CAD). File assigned to CB01126 with several examples on this forum of cases of more than 12 months, several applicants from April 2018 still struggling.

This is the organization, no ADR requests, the only notes that I've received all previous analysis defined Eligibility Met, R10 Ok, Criminality Passed and Info-Sharing Complete.
Already prepared for 1 year of wait, so disappointed with the lack of communication and careless.

Usually, the actual wait extends to much longer than the estimated hold time! I noticed that they would say there's another 17 minutes to go and then ten minutes later it was still 17 minutes to go. Classic bait and switch. Haha

I actually prefer their violin hold music to the typical bull ("your call is important to us, all of our associates are busy assisting other customers, please continue to hold and your call will be answered in the order in which it was received, we appreciate your business, this call may be recorded for quality or training purposes...").

Submit June 20
Ghost June 21
Then nothing

After 1 hr 15 mins (huh!) got some good news.
The agent said "Your application is done. You must have received an update on Friday (I paid RPRF). "
I asked for criminality, security, eligibility specifically as mentioned earlier by @USProgrammer @derkdsou

Agent said that there is no need for you to know all these details. I asked for Visa office, the agents it's not required for you sir. Your application is done now.

But you will have update latest by end of July. No particular reason, they (IRCC) take their time to do some follow ups.



I have no clue for why the wait, but that it's done. Let's see when do I get the golden mail. Fingers crossed.

My Aor is dec 2, 2018. And I'm from bangladesh.

But, I have completed biometrics and paid RPRF upfront.

Only God knows what is happening with my application!

Giving biometrics means you won't see a transition from IP1 to IP2. However, that's the position everyone outland is in after 31/12/18, so you're in good company.

I'm sorry you got a bad/mean agent. If you call back, I hope you have better luck. That's pretty disrespectful to tell someone who waited that long that "they don't need to know" the information sitting in front of their faces that is your right to know under ATIP anyway.
