GURU I shall stay here to help all of you and of course myself too, as we learn from younger and juniors that b***h has delayed my life for few more years not to mention 5-6 lakhs I spent for all during this now more on a divorce..then start from scratch here;-

1. We withdrew your application on xxxxx, 2019 and your file has been closed.

Hopefully they should consider my honesty and rather should give me a credit as I cancelled a FAKER???

I don't understand how people spoil their life as well as their spouse's life just to be in canada. Broken marriage have impacts on both. I don't know when people will take their lives seriously.

No, you did a right thing. But thank god, you came to know early otherwise once pr granted. The sponsor is responsible for paying to govt if pa goes on welfare. Don't worry be happy

You will be fine bro Everything is for a reason and yes we learn from our mistakes. Past is past. Have some peace for sometime. There is lots of years left still in our life. And hopefully next time file will finish in Mississauga. Hope for the best

U KNOW GURU human brain is given [if] by GOD, I think he does not know what this devil brain is going to do in near future !
Otherwise there would be no such frauds or crimes etc on the earth? HE gave us Brains under a shock proof skull, so we make a good use of it. Sadly some use it for cheating with FAKE LOVE>>marriage and so on... . Thus if God was watching me and her HE didn't know the plans in her head ?!! But on the other side I used this brains to cancel all with her. And am still thankful to HIM --> GOD

Thanks friend , not only this she had a retarded dependent kid which was kept away from talking too much with me. , he would NEVER EVER leave me, so more than 10 yrs legal; it was 4 life punishment coming,some how I negotiated to my self OK ,man its not kids fault...but why she hid the fact was not tolerable. So finally she spoke up [[and thanks 4 that truth]] saying "too late try it" [she challenged me to cancel the sponsorship as she thought it was too late]] "I have friends in your town who will support me and my mental kid". thanks to IRCC who looked at the emails in time!!

Personally, I think the Red Flag thing is discriminatory and ridiculous (it's based on stereotypes and "cultural norms"), but yes. Previously divorced, with children. Canadian-born citizen divorced from a Canadian as well, but I guess that doesnt matter.

My wife got an interview request for our outland spousal sponsorship in New Delhi office, India. We only did a court marriage and I met wife only twice before our wedding, may be that has raised some concerns on our wedding and relationship. We both are working professional and would pay for our wedding. We were just not financially ready for a custom Indian wedding (as it can get expensive) plus my wife wasn't ready to live alone/away from me after wedding for long so we didn't wait to be financially ready and just did court wedding and submit out application.

However, we are now financially ready and doing a customary wedding in December 2019. My biggest concern is when my wife goes for interview, should she specify we are doing a customary wedding in December. Does it look negative on our application? Somewhere I heard this can delay the file and immigration officer might put the file when your customary wedding take place. I don't want any delays on our wedding and I can prove my relationship with my wife without disclosing the customary wedding in December. We have visited each other and travel together three times since then. I have phone call records and all gift receipts. Has anyone been in same situation? Please advise

I understand what you're saying, I've already conceded your point. But I'm specifically talking about where couples DONT confirm to "cultural norms" and how that plays into the assessment, i.e. If both parties in a relationship are from the same country than ok, but I am not Indian, so that is a "red flag".. explain to me how that isn't discriminatory? Or where couples with an age difference between them get flagged, how is that not ageism (which is another form of discrimination)?

Its their country their immigration rules and methods to assess application . You shouldn't judge the entire process by the data you see from this forum. Most of the times the delay is caused by the PCC reports from the respective countries.

Sadly they wanna see both court + ceremonial things, even if its 2nd or 5th marriage now if you do that just to show to them, it may not sound too good. Try to prove relationship as you said. Still it would be much better if all done be4 interview anyways

Does "we do not need...." come after "we are reviewing additional doc..."? My gckey is showing this since almost 2.5 weeks now (after we provided additional docs) and completed 12 months processing time today. So, not sure what to expect next

I submitted sponsorship application for my wife On 26th july 2018, Pre Arrival on March 2nd, After that no news from NDVO.

In GC key it says 35 days remaining, i am worried now, will it cross 1 year mark next month ?? Anyone is having same timeline ? ?

Yeah mine too..only difference is pre arrival on march 5th...
