Yes it says atleast 3 years of degree, so it could be anthing from 3 to 6 years! So that option would be fine

Hello I want to ask, that if PA is from India, does he need to submit original or copy of PCC? Cic website says PCC, but does not say either original or copy, checklist also does not say either original or copy! Please and Thank you!

I am getting frustrated from updates that CIC does on forms!!! This is really stupid of them! If PA is from another country and already sent signed and updated forms, how can CIC even imagine that we will keep on courier back each other updated forms and never apply for the sponsorship :(...

1. For translation, you have to have certified translation from translator if you are in Canada; from other country , you need certified translation and an affidavit from translator that this is certified true copy. Look at cic website, they have explained there.
