NDVO is giving out PPR to people . But looks like they are a bit backlogged. I received my PPR on Dec 9th

There is no quota allocations for Visa offices. I heard about this too and called CIC and inquired about it .

They are not doing background check through local police stations. Better to be calm becuase it is still under the 12 month process time.

Pre-arrival come only after they finished your eligibility , The % in gckey have nothing to do with it.
