Yes, you guys can't be classified under the married status.
I have two suggestions for you:
1. Open work permit stream -
In which one person will enroll for a study program and his/her spouse will be given a full time work permit to support the two of them financially. The main merit of this stream is spouse can work wherever he/she wants without any time restrictions and thus, can accumulate plenty of funds. However, this way your PR will be delayed by 2-3 years which is the biggest demerit of selecting this option.
2. Stay patiently in the pool and wait for your turn. 450+ applicants are on the safer side and will precisely sail through the pool this year. Once your fiancee gets the ITA and submits the corresponding documents ( probably during or after August ), she will be assigned an AOR-reciept.
It is when the process for the PR application will begin. What you guys can do is -
"Simply get Married during that period and inform CIC with the supporting documents right after." This way your CRS won't be affected and you will be benefitted with the already received ITA. This process will cost you aa delay of only 1-3 more months i.e. 8-9 months approximately.
Hope this will be helpful for you.
