Note: The E-Case only shows my grandparents application. No sign of parents application. Any reason to worry. Both the applications were in the same package.

I don't think there's a reason to worry, as mine is a similar situation. Today my Ecas shows my grandmother's application as received and no sign of parent's application. I think they are separately processing the parent's and grandparent's application, due to which grandparent's application is showing up first. And anyways in the invitation letter, we have put 3 sponsors so they should know better

CIC received my application on May 8. But still I can't check the status through ECAS. Is there anybody else in this situation?

Same here. I am not able to see the information using mine or parents UCI .

Maybe you are giving wrong count. It should be you plus wife plus parent. Do not count kids.

Hi guys,
I was checking application in "My CIC" account. And was looking on the dependents in the application

PATH: Logged in to my cic ---> Click on application ----> Click on View dependents

It shows me below:

Applicant type Given name and last name Unique Client Identifier (UCI) Biometrics Number Date of Biometrics Enrolment Expiry Date
Dependents XXXXXX XXXXXX 1111xxxxxx 00057220190314122740 March 14, 2019 March 14, 2029


Except given name all other information is incorrect UCI, bio metric number date and expiry.

We never did the biometrics. UCI number that my mother has was 8 digit and not it shows 10 digit random number. May be they assigned new ...?

But why it has bio metric details in there?

Any one experience the same?

Please suggest.

**UPDATE**
Talked to the IRCC and they said it is a mistake that is different person with the same name and DOB. They told me to submit the web form request to correct the information.
