I am trying to send information to YULIA-2016 to add me to the spreadsheet but it says I am trying to send spam like contents and it's blocking it. Not sure why.

I saw many posts from you in PGP 2018. If that is the case, you should not have any trouble to fill out any forms.

My parents worked as teacher in government school in india.

Will that be considered Government Position
For answer to "Have you ever held Government positions " ?

one more question, when we applied for PR back in 2013/2014 I was primary applicant. Me and my wife got PR in 2015.
Does that mean I was sponsoring my wife in our PR process? Currently she work full time.

If you applied for your wife's PR after becoming PR or citizen then she is considered sponsored otherwise she is not.

Help please... I noticed today that IMM 1344, IMM 5406, IMM 5768 and IMM 5771 were updated to June 2019 Version. Last month it was still Nov 2018 for IMM1344; Sept 2018 for IMM5406; July 2018 for IMM5768 and Feb 2019 for IMM5771. What should I do? I just received everything back... Will the last month still be acceptable? Thanks!

In my parents’ PR app, ECAS only shows their home address, but no mailing address.

I have submitted a representative form, and also in their pr application, put my address as their mailing address.

Should I be worried and contact them since ECAS is not showing this information?

IRCC do not send regular mail these days. The email will be used for communication if there is one provided. Regular mail is just second option for IRCC.

PPR -> PassPort Request
Once your application is processed, they will ask you to submit your original passport to issue the "Immigrant" visa.
