You know, it is possible to do both. It is possible to work on improving your score while hoping for a crs drop. I have started to learn French, but does this mean I should stop hoping for a drop in the CRS score? Of course not! This group is to add hope, not stop people from attempting to improve their scores. Furthermore, instead of saying improve improve, rather state how. Name a good online platform to learn French or name a good Canadian institution to further studies. But do not bash people for having hope and do not assume that those that want to a see a score drop are not in fact trying to improve or have exhausted their options.

Adding additional points is not always cheap or quick. It could take me a year before I increase my score, so why shouldn't I hope to see an ITA within that time frame?

Well said,in my case i had PG,4 years work experience and my only issue is IELTS.I secured required band in my 5th attempt.

At the beginning of the year Wednesday was a good day. Couldn't wait for the draw with the excitement that i would receive an invite.

Since the horrors of two weeks ago when the cut-off shoot to 470, now i can feel my anxiety levels picking.

Please anyone help..I worked in a company for 3 years,I have my relieving letter,payslips and they are ready provide reference letter also..Bt when I joined my designation was graphic designer then I moved to HR department within few months. In my relieving letter they mentioned designation as HR.. Shall i submit only the reference letter without the offer letter..

One scary question- are there anychances that cic is trying to do monthly draws now? How high will the cutoff go then

reference letter is the most important document. So if your NOC is HR related it is wise to make bo confusions to VO.

We are seeing more new accounts with high scores these days. Trying to scare us or what? I am sure some of them are fakers.

Same way some get into the pool with fake information to get 470 and above, thereby depriving others of receiving ITA.

ITAs = 3350-3500

However, I'm not really hopefull about the increase in ITAs atleast not this month, but during the second half of this year, ITAs can be increased upto 3900.
