IRCC Webform - no automated response

My request was visible on the application details page. My wife's biometric# was not updated on the application profile. After I raised the CSE, it was updated within a week. But no ack. emails at any point.

For me, I submitted the CSE 10th of April (Wednesday) and received response last night 16th of April (Tuesday); I am 8 hours ahead of Ottowa so it was afternoon for them.

So can I conclude that one doesn't need to send repeated requests, just because they are not getting an automated reply. And that they will revert after few days.

I called cic this morning ! After I hang up I got the reply from them about my latest web form that I have uploaded.
So yeah I have received reply after 7 days

Which number to call ? I have applied in New Delhi and sent the updated language test results through webform but I got no response, nothing at all over 20 days

Hey. I need to send documents through webform. My application is at very initial stage (AOR 7th October, 19). I am in from India. What to choose when they ask for where the application is being processed? I don't know visa office.

What exactly are you submitting? I had to use a Web Form to cancel a representative but it didn't ask where my application is being processed. If you submitted an online application (instead of a paper one) then I think you should say that you submitted from within Canada. I think that you only select that you submitted from outside Canada if you submitted a paper application to your local visa office. This is just my reasoning and not based on personal experience so feel free to wait for another response.

Hi. Thanks for your response. It's done now. Somebody shared a different link to webform which did not ask for Visa office.

They do not acknowledge, but they receive it. For example, I changed my address, no acknowledgement, but address is changed.

Where did you check your change of address? I did the same but I am not sure how to verify the change. There hasn't been a response from them yet.

Hi Can you please tell, where we can check if the new address is updated or not?? I I filed a web form and sent to CIC, no reply yet so wondering where can I check whether the address is updated now or not? Please respond.

In further communications with me, they sent me postal mails to my new address. So I know they change it (without acknowledgement). I do not think you can check it. Just trust them.
