In further communications with me, they sent me postal mails to my new address. So I know they change it (without acknowledgement). I do not think you can check it. Just trust them.

Well, I think you should take a chance. else all your effort is wasted. I suggest, personally go to VAC, with a letter explaining the things. They may consider it. If you dont apply then it is 100% loss. If you apply, then there is a chance. I am sure they make exceptions, not everyone misses...

Experience is counted based on number of hours with the condition of max 30 hours per week. So if you have more than 30 hours a week, it is a waste, if you have more than 1560 hours in a year, it is a waste. And to my knowledge, experience is counted in years, not half years or in between.

You dont have to trust anyone. After ITA, you can fill the form as accurate as possible, and it will show you all the places where you need a PCC from. You can change this form as many times as you want "before final submission" and also as long as these changes do not affect or change your CRS...
