Guys what to do with WES... they are doing secondary evaluation of my degree...WES says they have sent mail to my institute...my institute says no such mail received... I approach WES again to ask where they sent it and they respond cant reveal.

How in hell will i sort this mess.

I have also been through this.
1. Visit ur institution’s academic branch in person and request them to check in front of u
2. Postal mail must be sent to ur institution enquire for that postal mail also, at post office or at ur institution (academic branch or registrar office)

Must to find and reply e-mail or p-mail

They must have received an email but WES sends through post as well. Ask your university to check their email id.
It was same case with me. I called the university and asked them to check while I was on hold and then they found WES's email and replied then and there.

you can request them to send the email again...... or if you could go to uni and inquire....

I can only contact my uni through email or phone and being Govt. institute they are very fussy about approaching again n again.

When did they send your degree for secondary evaluation?
Mine took about 5 weeks to reach my university.

5 weeks damn... but why didnt you consider through email...
I am trying to sort this at earliest... and thought email would be better

There is no scope in improving Listening score.. I got 7 in writing.

Yeah.. in that case retaking IELTS would be the option to go with.. What is your CRS? I hope you are not one of the 450s who's worried.

Thats the issue i cant visit university its in different state and far from my place...
I can only approach them through email and phone...

on last approach they said have you even asked WES about sending it... because we haven't received anything.

I am sitting at 405 without IELTS 8777 and at 469 with Masters and IELTS CLB 9.

Indian institutes are a mess... honestly. Although cant say about foreign institutes.. never been to one

In april there was a draw at 17h UTC if im not mistaken, might be the case for today
