CPC-M is temporary, they will evaluate your sponsorship application. After you are approved, you will be transferred to Singapore.
Thanks for your reply. But I already got the sponsorship approval and the email states the following:

Dear Sir/Madam,

This refers to the Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class you submitted on behalf of
XYZ and family (if applicable).

You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent
Residence for your relative will be processed at CPC-Mississauga. This visa office was selected based
on your relative’s home address and the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

Dear Seniors, need your help, I am sponsoring my parents under the 2019 PGP program, recently I was promoted in my job and my company is looking to send me over to London for a senior role there for 1 year to grow the team over there, I am still part of this Canadian company but due to tax complication they have to move my pay roll to UK. Will that impact my sponsorship of my parents? I am still having all my ties in Canada such as a house, car, bank accounts etc and will not abandon my residency in Canada, just that I will have to spend 1 year there and will return to Canada after that. Any one in similar situation?
just pay taxes to CRA and get your NOA

If you will still be a Canadian PR or Citizen, you will have to file your taxes here in Canada and you will get a NoA with all your world wide incomes considered in that NoA. So it will not make any difference where you earn as far as your annual income in NoA will meet the threshold.

What was your parent's current address? Was it in Canada? But in general it should not matter that in which VO your file is being processed as far as you are getting all the communications.

Hello Members, I am in process of finalising my Application package for sponsorship of my mother, can some one please help with below information
1) Do we need to Notarize the True copies (birth certificate, passport etc..)
2) My father is no More - do I need to attach his death certificate.
3) In case of a letter mismatch between my birth certificate and my mothers passport name does getting an affidavit from India enough and can I attach the print-out or it has to be original, also do I need to get anything written from notary here..

1) Do we need to Notarize the True copies (birth certificate, passport etc..)
- No need to Notarize any Photocopy
2) My father is no More - do I need to attach his death certificate.
- Yes, It is required, better you attach it now else you may get the request to submit it later during processing.
3) In case of a letter mismatch between my birth certificate and my mothers passport name does getting an affidavit from India enough and can I attach the print-out or it has to be original, also do I need to get anything written from notary here..
- Best practice is to send original affidavits or declarations. And yes Affidavit or notarized declaration will work for this character mismatch.

Thank you so Much... one last question , my mother has a visitor visa however I am not able to locate the UCI number or the mail that we got during the visitor visa, does CIC refers UCI for details, or validates anything from previous application making it mandate to provide the UCI..

It is not mandatory to mention Visitor UCI, but if she visited Canada or any other country then don't forget to mention those stays.

My parents lives is Bangladesh and never visited Canada. We are getting all the communications so far (linked application online, ecas is working and also getting emails). I am listed as representative and live in Ontario (May be that's the reason they are processing it in Mississauga instead of Singapore, not sure though)

I would be happy if Mississauga processes all the proceedings as they seem to be faster than Singapore visa office. Just wanted to make sure they are not making any mistake as a precaution.

Thanks!

What happens if you are not able to obtain police clearances from all the countries before the deadline since a few countries take way longer than just a month to give you the police clearances, especially if you are not residents in those countries anymore?

If you are not able to obtain all of the police clearances before the deadline, which one of the following do you think would be a better approach?

1. Submit the police clearances that you are able to obtain before the deadline and inform the visa office that the remaining police clearances will be forwarded as soon as they are ready.

OR

2. Just inform the visa office that some of the police clearances are taking longer and when all of the police clearances are ready, you submit all of them together.

You can ask for extension always.
If not, submit what you have by the deadline adding an explanation for the missing ones.
