We received a rejection message today, with this reason:

"The employment letter you submitted for XXX does not include a description of duties. The description of duties submitted for xxx is an affidavit from a person who was your coworker during that period. This description of duties is not acceptable since it does not come from one of your supervisors or from the company’s HR department. I am unable to assess which duties you performed while working at XXX. As a result, your employment with xxx was not taken into account.
This change in your qualifications resulted in a loss of points that brought your rank below the lowest
ranking person who was invited to apply in your round of invitation, under the Express Entry
Comprehensive Ranking System.

Can we remove my previous experience while applying ?
Our CRC score after excluding this experience is 448. we are taking ielts again to get at least 450.
How does a rejection based on this criteria affect us ?

Did you attach an LOE with your application stating reason of why you couldn't get a job duties letter from your employer?

No we didn't . We provided an affidavit from our colleague . We have an letter from our formal company stating that it is against the companies policy to provide roles and responsibilities . May be we need to attach it this time

Yeah. I have read in this forum that if your company doesn't give you reference letter then get it from some colleague and attach the email from company refusing the letter along with an LOE. Attaching the company ID card along with his/her contact details on reference letter is also suggested by many.

However, if your points are good without this particular job experience then I would say simply show it in personal history.

From above I understand your CRS is 448 without the experience. Do you still get more than 67 points in the selection factors and have 3+ years of experience?

Since you said your score without this experience is 448 then i think you should leave it out as 448 is a great score. As per today's draw the cut off score is 440. So you still have great chances of landing the ITA in next draw with this score of yours.

What was your CRS Score and what was the cut-off in the draw in which you got ITA?

I just applied for mine and my immigration consultant told me because my current employer does not give out ROEs and since I cashed my cheque’s at cheque cashing places and destroyed them even with the job letter, job duties they will reject my application. I also have one year of full time work with NOC code B job which I have everything for, ROE, Job letter, duties etc. I applied under the Canadian Experience Class and my post grad work permit expires inJuly so I applied for a bridging. Which is contingent of my application not being rejected. I am so anxious that if this gets rejected where will I go? I have nowhere to live in my home country since I have been here for 9 years, what am I going to do with my lease, my car. I am so stressed and anxious I can not even eat or sleep. Does anyone have any advice for me or what I should do?

Can you explain your situation. If you don’t have positive AOR your BOWP will be rejected. The best option for you would be get a pre-approved LMIA. And immigrate through PNP. What company were you working for and were you workimg on cash if yes then there is no record of your taxes. What were you doing for 9 years?

Can you explain your situation. If you don’t have positive AOR your BOWP will be rejected. The best option for you would be get a pre-approved LMIA. And immigrate through PNP. What company were you working for and were you workimg on cash if yes then there is no record of your taxes. What were you doing for 9 years?
After I submitted my PR documents I did receive the AOR which I uploaded for the bridging of the PG Work Permit. I had two jobs one as an administrative assistant, full time for one year which I was terminated from when I was enquiring to HR about the LMIA and then my second job as a Community Service Worker since January 2017, which rotated from full time to part time hours because I was working for employment agencies as well and taking any job that came my way. This job wasn’t cash they paid me via cheque but I would have to file my own taxes for the job I still have currently. This is how his business model is for all of the employees.
For 6 years I was a student at York which is how I got the PGWP. Then I started working for employment agencies since Jan 2016 I also had summer jobs over the years during school break but it’s difficult to get either job duties or paystubs now for those jobs now because it’s years later. So I only entered those details in my personal history and based my PR on the one year full time admin experience and my current job as a community service worker.

You mention you have job letters with duties which is good.
I currently have one job right now. For 2016,2017 & 2018, I had at least two jobs. Yes I have job duties, job letter and T4A from 2017 and 2018 for one of the two jobs I had in 2017-2018 while the other one I have T4,ROE. Job letter, job offer letter and job duties. I only have the full documentation for only two jobs because the other jobs were either just summer jobs like fundraising or were temp roles placed by employment agencies or one of them is now a defunct employer but I have the T4 for that one too.
