I submitted NOA from 2021,2022,2023, For bank statements i submitted january and dec statements from 2020,2021,2022,2023 i compressed pdf’s. There are no clear instructions so i submitted these.

Your online wp application will be refused if it is processed faster. It is better prepare paper application and submit it and make sure in questions asked on form declare your previous application to canada. Just remember there will be two separate applications you have to keep track of.

Check ‘condition’ section on your COPR. If they have written you have to stay in manitoba for two years then atleast you have to live here for two years. And if there are no conditions on COPR then you can move out after getting PR card according to rights of mobility of canadian charter.

NS takes 3-4 months. But NS request so much paperwork again and again from employer. So your employer has to be proactive in replying in emails. Its better just check with employer every monday, so that they may reply in next week.

You have to deduct how many days you were out of canada from the 1095 days. And wait for at least those number of days to apply for citizenship.
