Since you said your score without this experience is 448 then i think you should leave it out as 448 is a great score. As per today's draw the cut off score is 440. So you still have great chances of landing the ITA in next draw with this score of yours.

Yeah. I have read in this forum that if your company doesn't give you reference letter then get it from some colleague and attach the email from company refusing the letter along with an LOE. Attaching the company ID card along with his/her contact details on reference letter is also suggested...

Just continue with those questions and answer correctly and the you would land at your application dashboard after questions ends.

Since you have around 6 years of experience from your last 2 companies (and you can only claim points for 3 years of foreign experience) for EE so I guess you would be okay by showing only last 2 companies' documents. For other two companies you can delete them from your work experience section...

Thanks. I got my reference letter updated with email I'd of HR. Though, now my concern is that my company has a sister site and the HR email is hosted on the sister site's domain. Say my company website is ABC.com and sister company is XYZ.com. So the contact Email address of HR is hrg @XYZ.com...
