So with ECA 457? Without ECA your score will be down if you are both waiting. You have to wait until you get ECA only then you can claim the points. When you create a profile they ask for ECA completion date and reference number. Without that you won't get points.
Yeah the points include the ECA

I was told we can't make a profile till we don't have our ECA. Wes is taking forever and I'll lose 5 points on June 29th.
60 days for my husband's ECA. Call them . That's how i got mine updates. Here i saw another post someone called and they got their ECA done after that. Even mine too after i called 3-4 times then i got updates.

I haven't had an update on my evaluation in over 20 days. I called them on Friday and they said they'd get back to me within this week. My husbands evaluation will be ready on 6th June

Oh thanks. When do you think I should call them again? Last call was made on Friday.

Who told you that?
You can create your EE profile even without ECA, and even receive ITA.
Once you receive your WES results, update your education section. It remains changeable.
Just have a pretty good idea of what your ECA Canadian Equivalency would be though at least, so that points are awarded accordingly.

Don't you need an ECA for the foreign degree to be even eligible for FSW. Thought the profile becomes ineligible without one unless you are trying for the FST or CEC streams.

No you can’t, in fact when you try to fill the come to canada form they ask whether you have a degree evaluation completed, when you select no it makes you ineligible.

Probably wait till June 6 before taking any further action. You guys will have 2 more chances before June 28th to get ITA on June 12th and 26th

20 days is still good. We got after 40 days and then completion is after that 20 more days.. good luck

Hopefully Ray of Hope materializes very soon (~9-12 hrs) and members in this wonderful group get the golden ITA. I know this thread may not be most appropriate for my query, but given how active it is I am asking here.
Is it ok to show experience of 5 years out of a total of 12 years in work history and remaining under personal history after getting the ITA. As I understand maximum points we can get for foreign experience is for 3 years. I have letters as per CIC format for 5 years, but for the other 7 its not 100% complete - letter with roles and responsibilities but does not have salary/number of hours per week.

Yes, no issues. Show 5 years in your work experience section, rest mention in the personal history.

You have been misguided mate. IELTS and ECA is a bare minimum to create an EE profile.
