I Worked as an Executive- Foreign Exchange
- research and evaluate clients financial status, references, credit and ability to repay the credit.
- Complete credit and service level agreement documentation
- Prepare statements on delinquent accounts and forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action.
- Opening and closing Branch and safe vault.
- Review and update credit files and ensure payments arrive on time.
- Maintain and grow sales relationships with existing clients.
- compile records of deposits, withdrawals, cheques and purchase, sale and exchange of foreign currency.
- Process international money transfers and Remittance.
- sell drafts, money orders, travellers cheques and foreign currency and forex cards.
- Provide information concerning Group and individual travel insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid and other policy features.
- Establish client insurance coverage, calculate premiums and establish method of payment.
- Assess clients needs, recommend or assist in the selection of appropriate products and services and negotiate rates or other sakes terms.
- Ensure all regulations are strictly followed under RBI, FEMA and AML regulations.
