Thank you. The problem is I dont think I will have enough points to get selected at this moment. Therefore, I would like to go for ONIP under CEC program. Currently I am at 432, upon August 2019, I will have 445 due to 2 year full time experience. Any advise would be greatly appreciate.

What about LMIA?? For inland it’s easy to get LMIA And you can get 50 points for NOC Category A and B and you can get 200 points for NOC category O

Yes the WES number and the IELTS TRF numbers are required to create the EE profile.

I think the ECA report issue date is needed as well for EE profile creation if I may add.

I don't know for which person is it. But for my spouse's ECA i have the same case . His ECA is due on june 13. you just need the date of completion and reference number. Its mentioned on cic website somewhere that they need to know that you are in the process so its fine to add if you have completion date which i got yesterday. But still I won't add his ECA for this draw. I will wait at 455. If score is too high then for next draw i will add hisECA. Either way my AOR will be still june13 or 14 because i will be missing one document

Yeah. Better wait as I have tried it as well. I got info about report due for completion date from WES account 2 weeks before I actually received the report and I tried to enter it on my EE profile but it gave an error as "invalid date" as the completion date is in advance so you can only enter date upto today.

Oh, if I will be required to input the ECA number, then I guess I will rather wait till we receive the ECA then. I guess WES is overwhelmed with many certificates to evaluate. Hence the reason why it takes them so long to get back. We've been on this since Feb.

Yes dear. That's right. Even for IELTS, we need to enter report date when creating EE profile.

And as @NikSharma01 said, if you get ITA with those wrong date, your point get locked and CIC will assess/verify you based on the info you provided on your EE profile. So, your proof or evidence (documents) have to have the same info in your EE profile. If the info do not match up, you could be rejected for misinterpretation/incorrect info/fraud, etc and could cause you 5 year inadmisibility ban.

So, my advice is to better wait then sorry.

If the only thing left is SPouse's ECA and you have 450+ score without spouse ECA, then go ahead and open your profile but dont claim points for spouse (dont mention that you have done eca for spouse). I didnt do spouse ECA because getting documents from her university is a pain and I already had too much points!

Now, the question is if her ECA arrives and we submit the profile and receive ITA, will I be required to submit my own credentials as well? Please note that I haven't been able to get these documents from my school and their is no chance that I will get them anytime soon.

Secondly, will I be required to fill the information about my education in the EE profile even though we don't intend to evaluate and claim any point for it?

I believe CIC will only verify whatever information you submitted on ur EE profile. If you do not enter your credential info because you will not claim points for it, I don't think CIC will ask evidence for it as there is no information about your credential. How can they ask evidence for something that they do not know about,right? So, don't worry. You don't have to give anything regarding your qualification unless it is entered in ur spouse profile and if you wanna claim points for it.

Things you don't want to claim points for, can be mentioned in the personal history section later, post the ITA.

Dont lie in your application in anyway. me and my wife follow forums and refusal stories and heard of one such refusal where the applicant just point blank stated they dont have any education just because they didnt do eca and they refused as its obvious they are lying. Mention everything relevant but dont claim points for it. When you are filling out your education section of EE profile, they will ask if you have eca for it. Just say no.

Mention everything relevant but dont claim points for it. When you are filling out your education section of EE profile, they will ask if you have eca for it. Just say no.

However, as long as you have mentioned the remaining details in the personal history section after the ITA, it won't be considered as misinterpretation, because you have explicitly provided necessary information of your life as needed. CIC, itself consider such untold things to be mentioned at later stage clearly. You won't be asked for an LOE regarding that.

So, yes you should never miss anything about you.

Since you are in Bangladesh you need to submit your passport in Bangladesh. We faced a similar confusion and followed this route and things were smooth. Just take the print out of the PPR email and as Long as your Wife’s name is in your passport, you should be good

1. To submit your package to London: (If she submits in Sweden, it goes to London)
2. To submit your package in Canada:

Thus, I should submit my passport along with my wife's in Sweden.

Along with that, the letter also says "All required documents must be submitted in one single package". After hearing this, VFS of Bangladesh again said that I need to submit passport in Sweden along with my wife's one.

Should I follow their instruction? One more thing I want to mention - I don't have any problem to go to Sweden and submit my passport along with my wife's passport - Just want to be sure that it won't create any problem if I submit from there.

I guess, you can submit it to the nearest VFC office. For explicit explaination try to communicate with the CIC agents on the given contact number on its website, they will guide you well!

Dont lie in your application in anyway. me and my wife follow forums and refusal stories and heard of one such refusal where the applicant just point blank stated they dont have any education just because they didnt do eca and they refused as its obvious they are lying. Mention everything relevant but dont claim points for it. When you are filling out your education section of EE profile, they will ask if you have eca for it. Just say no.

For that reason they will open Personal history section for you when you get an ita. Post ita application is the most important part of your application. Do not leave anything and mention everything under that section. You will be fine.

Just follow the instructions indicated in your letter. Choose the one which is suitable for you, and don't forget to send them all required documents. If you miss smth they won't process your application. Good luck.
