Also I understand people wanting advice but there are plenty of places where people who have gotten ITA or are at PPR stage can go. This is for people who are waiting for ITAs in the 118th draw. Its just challenging to see pages of posts that have nothing to do with the topic at hand

Dont lie in your application in anyway. me and my wife follow forums and refusal stories and heard of one such refusal where the applicant just point blank stated they dont have any education just because they didnt do eca and they refused as its obvious they are lying. Mention everything relevant but dont claim points for it. When you are filling out your education section of EE profile, they will ask if you have eca for it. Just say no.
But were they refused because they did not mention in personal history or EE profile?

I am in similar situation, spouse ECA is stuck due to university. But when I tried the option you mentioned (saying yes to education but no to ECA) it says the profile is "incomplete" and does not allow me to submit.

So for now we just skipped his educational section. If we get the ITA before his ECA, we will enter his educational details in the personal history section. Is that ok?

This is sharp!

This is my estimation of CRS score distribution by 29 May based on distribution on 26 April and 1 May, guys
CRS score distribution of candidates in the Express Entry pool as of April 26, 2019
CRS score range Number of candidates
601-1,200
279
451-600 1511
441-450 4957

May 1 invitation =3350
279+1511+ 1100 (+/- 220 EOI enter the pool per day for 450+ points from 27 April to 1 May ) = 2890 + 460 from (4957 of 441-450 rank) total invite 3350

May 1 CRS score distribution would be
601-1,200
0
451-600 0
441-450 4497

CRS score distribution of candidates in the Express Entry pool as of May 10, 2019
CRS score range Number of candidates
601-1,200
317 = +/- 32 per day from May 1
451-600 1,668 = +/- 167 per day
441-450 5,360 = +/- 86 per day (5360-4497)

By May 29 the CRS score would be

601-1,200 317 + 608(32 x 19days) =925
451-600 1511 + 3173 (167 x 19days) = 4841
441-450 5360 + 1634 (86 x 19days) = 6994

You guys can see the cut off score will be above 451+ even if CIC increase the quota up to 3900.

It’s then because of being Bangladesh. Singapore vfs accepted and processed without any issue

Thanks for your suggestion. I contacted VFS Bangladesh today but they replied since the PPR letter that is received by my wife says two passport submission options (following):

1. To submit your package to London: (If she submits in Sweden, it goes to London)
2. To submit your package in Canada:

Thus, I should submit my passport along with my wife's in Sweden.

Along with that, the letter also says "All required documents must be submitted in one single package". After hearing this, VFS of Bangladesh again said that I need to submit passport in Sweden along with my wife's one.

Should I follow their instruction? One more thing I want to mention - I don't have any problem to go to Sweden and submit my passport along with my wife's passport - Just want to be sure that it won't create any problem if I submit from there.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Next cut-off will definitely be above 451, it will almost certainly be above 455 as well. The question is how high will it be, 465, 462?
Yeah. No one really know how high the cut off points gonna be,aye?

Who knows, maybe half of those people sitting on the 451-600 rank have 451 points, or 452,455,460, 500,ect ect...

If CIC make more small rank ranges like 451-460, 461-470 and so on...Maybe we will have better estimation/prediction of CRS score cut off

That's correct otherwise system won't allow you to submit your application. Post ita you have to mention everything under personal history section. For now you're ok.

Well the last 3 week gap went to 457 if I am not mistaken. That should be a good data-point/clue. Personally I think 457 is a lower bound, I am at 460 currently, I suspect I will not get it this next draw. That is I think it will be above 460 as well sadly. But hopefully come down post that to ~451-455 range.
