To clarify, what's are the 1350 slots you mentioned?
They issue 3350 invitations for each draw. So taking into account around 2000 people in the pool right now with more than 450 pts who will definitely get ITA the next draw, the rest will compete for the remaining 1350.

2000 people were in the pool as of May 10. You sure that there were no profiles with 450+ added to the pool from May 10 to today?

That’s why it’s an estimation. No one knows for sure how many more were added since then, obviously.

But at least add some numbers to call it an estimation instead of just sticking to 2000 :D
We can always extrapolate with the what we know from May 1 - May 10. Check the cutoff score on the May 1 draw and the distribution on May 10. Use that to estimate how many could be added since May 10.

I did put “around” before the number but you are right, next time I will put it 2002 to make it a more accurate estimation. It’s hard on me since I’m not that good at calculation so I don’t know how many could be added :(.

It would be so great if we could count it though, then I would be in the 470s range!
Experience gained during your studies can be counted as long as it meets the other requirements. CIC only prohibits experience gained while studying inside Canada. If it was outside Canada, you are free to use it. This is very interesting, since I had no idea this could be done. Thanks! I will research a bit more to find it explicitly mentioned on the CIC website before I decide to claim those points. Don't want to be rejected for misrepresentation.
