That’s temporary file no even u call by ur self to cic they gonna provide u u don’t need to involve mp for the file no.
Imm5669: when I validate and save this form it generates a last page 6 of 6 which is completely blank, only header my name & page no and in footer name of the form. Any one came across this. Is this normal. Thanks
"Hello everyone, I have a very old Birth Certificate Record from India, which is handwritten but it only mentions names of my parents. My name is not mentioned on that certificate (because at the time of birth children do not have names). Maybe now the process is different. But what should I do? here is my situation, i sponsored my wife and mother so far and have one child who was born in canada
now my wife is sponsering her father with me as cosignor
can you guys confirm our answer to following questions.
3.A - 1
3.B - 1,2,3,4 - Zeroes
4. 1 - 1
4 - 2.3.4 - Zeroes
5) 1 - me
6) 1 - Our child
7) 5
9 ) all 4 questions for my wife are NOT Applicable as she never sponsored or co signed any undertaking yet.

First question - 2 people, my wife and my mom who i sponsored
other 3 questions - Not applicable
11) Left it Not applicable as I am signing the undertaking
12) entered our sons name here as he is the additional family member that was not listed before.

At the end I did mentioned I haven't asked my mp to follow up on anything.
I did contacted her last year as I wasnt selected in the draws. Again I haven't contacted them after sending the file this year. Please relax
I did. You contacted you MP because you couldn’t see your application yet. This was not an emergency and well within normal processing times so totally unnecessary.
All those who have already mailed their applications to IRCC >> Which company is offering the most reasonable mailing services in Canada to send packages similar in size and weight to a PGP application package (tracking included)?
NO I didn't contacted my mp this year (2019)at all !!!!!
I contacted her last year 2018 when I didn't get selected for the 2nd time in the lottery !
I know it's a temporary file number. And
And I have not called my mp office to get this number nor did I call IRCC.
As I have sent my application this year on May 14. I haven't contacted my mp this year though. She sent me a courtesy email today as she knows I have been waiting from last two years to get selected in the lottery to apply. And she did told me in October last year she will follow up and let me know what the new process for pgp would look like. And after that she emailed me today.
