For the Schedule A form, do you type in the name and then have your parent sign with handwritten signature? The form will not vailidate if I don't type my mom's name in.

1.if we are filling forms for our parents do we need to fill use of representative form
2. my parents visited me twice from united states where they permanent resident status, they don't have any visitor visa for Canada they travel on their USA permanent resident cards, while entering their entries do I select their status as visitor or choose option other

The earlier you send it, the higher the likelihood they will start processing it. Hence, the faster your sponsored party will become PR, all else equal.

wrong applications and PR visas will be issued according to timeline as to which EOI forms was submitted and it doesnot matter who sends the application faster or little late the condition is to send it before june28

I am also concerned about this. I am afraid if they have sent invitation to 27000 people and close down when they receive 20000 applications. However, those who submitted incomplete application in haste will again line-up at the back of row.

common sense prevails here applications will be processed according to timelines as to which EOI forms was submitted and for your information person sitting at 19k spot cannot overide the person sitting at 100 spot and for solution to this they have BARCODES in place. Again
1.They will only accept 20k complete applications and the applications will be processed according to the timeline to which interest was expressed.

My parents are permanent resident of USA, they live in the US for 6-7 months a year and spend 5-6 months in India traveling.

In form IMM 5669-Schedule A - Background/Declaration under question 6 Personal History - do I have to include the time they spend outside USA traveling to India?

1st copy with your father's name in the applicant section and all details about him.
2nd copy with your mother's name in the applicant section and all the details that refers to her.
