It took 5 draws to reach CRS 450 from 457. Im currently at CRS 445. So, what are my chances to receive ITA before September??
In my personal opinion ~ not very likely unless they have back to back draw or increase ITA size.

By current trend it should stay between 448-45x

Guys,

Today, I had a look on the reference letter of one of my colleagues working under same employer. It was missing the payscale details. However, I couldn't have a glance at the appointment letter. I guess, in that one the salaries would have been mentioned!!

The one I saw, stated only: Name, designation, tenure of the employee, job title, job duties, company name etc.

Even my employer did not provide any pay details in the reference letter.... i am planning to provide my pay stubs (offcourse once I receive ITA)...

Which document by ICQAS would be that? I think I've missed it.

By the way, I've written to CES to ask about rush service and, in sum, they told me that it is analyzed by case, after they receive all the documentation, which means we can not apply directly for it.

Probably you already knew all about it. I just think this information can be useful to others that are wonder about this service.

If found out more about ICQAS, please share it with us as well!

All the best, mate.
Matt,

Email me @shaanoh1@gmail.com. I have information on IQAS. I submitted the online application and also working on getting the transcripts from the University. Drop me a note, so that we can discuss this offline.

Cheers
Shan

Visa officer can ask anything anytime. For even couple of days staying they may request any proof from an applicant.
Sometimes they don't have enough time to do so and they leave it as per CIC regulations with all those latest changes.
Agreed, he can ask for anything anytime. In the case of PCC (which is a time consuming process for few countries), applicants have to deal with strict deadlines when CIC send request to submit. It’s always better to have it rather than stuck at the later stage of the application.

Not sure, why won’t your utilize the time efficiently rather than waiting and then react lately. So, not in agreement with your point mate.

I concur with this view. One may choose to be proactive and ensure that no delays occur at a later date or get stuck later. It's advisable to be as comprehensive as possible in the application. You can always err on giving more information than less.
Then people wait for ADR and lately react on things which should have been done earlier and increases chances of error ofcourse with short deadline of submitting it. Ultimately, delays the application.

Its completely in scope of the VO if he wants any other additional document to proceed your case. Even if your stay is not 6 months continuous, if it is for a period of time, there is a high chance that VO will request for PC for that stay. This is to ensure there is no criminal recorded during the stay to better judge the case. Though by law and book, CIC doesn't request PCC for 6 months if its not continuous, its advisable to gather that document if possible and submit it along with the application There by, you can avoid the ADR and possibly get stuck for month again.

Cheers

That’s fine. If reference letter doesnt include annual compensation, you should provide salary slips (any three of every year) and bank statement reflecting the salary credited to your account. Please see below list of documents you should submit in order:

1. Reference Letter (Jobs & Duties)
2. Experience Letter
3. Appointment Letter
4. Year 1 - Salary Slips (any three)
5. Year 1 - Account Statement (showing above three salary credited)
6. Year 1 - Promotion Letter (if any)
7. Year 2 - Salary Slips (any three)
5. Year 2 - Account Statement (showing above three salary credited)
6. Year 2 - Promotion Letter (if any)
7. Follow Steps 4,5,6 if Year 3 or more
8. Form 16s and ITRs

Oh I see. As mentioned previousely, I was getting salary in cash mode for the first year, so unable to show any account statement regarding that. However, for the 2nd year, there won't be any issue in showing the account statement.

Besides, does the experience letter needs to be separately issued? Or the reference letter alone would suffice?

@13nitinsharma @NikSharma01 Today I am going to upload my Documents. Do we have to upload the back side of Photograph with Date, Stamp and Phone number of studio. and also Name and Birth date of Applicant ???
Yes, as @13nitinsharma said, it has to be submitted during the PPR process. So, get 2-3 or more photographs stamped by the studio along with the date of the photograph taken and name of the applicant as well. Not sure about the DOB!!

If you get any adr related to pcc, CIC will give 30 days to complete the request.
