Your answer should be like
Q2 You : 1
Q3 Current Undertaking : 1 if you are sponsoring only 1 person. If there is any dependent like father/child then add those number in Q3
Q5 your spouse : 1
Q6 other family member : 1 (for your daughter)
Q12 Your daughter details

Let me know if it makes sense.

No, you will be disqualified.
You can't pick and chose to include one or both parents.
Unless they are separated, You must qualify for both parents first, then it's up to the parents to come or not.
No letter or tears is going to convince IRCC to look the other way, this is clearly stated in the guide.

Reason is, if you only qualify for 1 parent and you are allowed to apply, once 1 parent gets PR, he/she can simply invite the other parent as Spouse.
Anyone who does not have enough income for both parents would be using this loop hole if this is allowed.

I am still not clear on this. I didn't find anywhere it says you can not apply one parent, as the entire thing is based on financial qualification. Besides, when one parent come here on Parents sponsorship program, they are dependent on us, so how can they apply/sponsor for other partner? Isn't the financial evaluation is for for us, the kis who want to apply for the parents to be with us in Canada. Again, I would appreciate if you can tell me where it says we have to apply for both parents, as in that case I will not spend time in applying at all this year.

Appreciate your time and help.

In Form eIMM 5406, its mentioned to write "all names in English and in your native language . Does we need to write in Punjabi/Hindi ?
or is it specific to some other local languages ?
They are asking for your native language-it could be Hindi or punjabi too.

You guys are so advance it is only May 2 today and you already put it is received May 6 Maybe you should put “will receive on May 6.. not received. Because apparently it is still in transit somewhere.

The intention was to help the admin, nothing else. So, the admin can insert the data once not twice. Also there is no such column called "Will Receive". By the way the application was received by Ottawa office this Morning.

Is anyone sending an explanation letter if family size is different from what was filled in interest to sponsor form?
In EOI, there was confusion between family UNIT and family SIZE.

In EOI, there was confusion between family UNIT and family SIZE.

I read someone's post that they will mention the mistake and then write the correct family size and also mention about IRCC's reply during interest to sponsor to calculate family unit including parents.

Yes, that makes sense.

Also, my mother is on Super Visa and is living with me since 1.5 years. Does that means i have to fill Q3 - B - i (Number of persons included in previous undertaking that are still in effect ?)

if your parents are divorced, you would only need to provide financial proof for 1 of them and you need to provide proof of divorce.
Otherwise, i don't think you have the option to only sponsor 1 if they are still alive and married to each other.

super visa is not under taking. So no, you do not include your mother there.

I have same question for Financial Evaluation form:
Me and my wife are applying at the same time for both of our parents and we are co0signing each other's applications. We don't have any kids.

For my self - family composition:

1. Me (Sponsor)
2. My wife (co-signer)
3. My Father- Principal applicant.
4. My mother - Dependant

For my My wife, her family composition in her application.

1. My wife(Sponsor)
2. My self (Co-signer)
3. My wife's father- Principal applicant
4. My wife's mother- Dependent

Hi,
In 1344 form
Q.1= can we use the second option
Proceed with the PR application and processing fees will be retained
I marked second option. I don't think so there is any harm to select it. If anything goes wrong, we only loose our money. :)

I've confiremed from IRCC agent, for this you will need to fill names in english. And also, in the supplementary sheet mention names in hindi/punjabi or any other mother tongue.
