Are you prorating the income for first 5 months ?
for eg.
2019-01-01 TO Present - Income for 5 months for 2019
2018-01-01 TO 2018-12-31 NOA income for 2018
2017-01-01 TO 2017-12-31 NOA income for 2017
2016-01-01 TO 2016-12-31 NOA income for 2016

Any guidance ?

Just calculate based on your pay stubs you have got so far.

The AOR is the make or break part. They send back your returned docs or AOR after the 60day deadline. So either you receive your documents back or you receive an AOR.
This seems to be so brutal of them, what happen if you missing 1 signature or one field not completed and they reject the whole package? So they do not process right away but wait till 28 June to open the package?
 
In the guide it says:

PLACE THE BAR CODE PAGE(S) ON THE TOP OF YOUR APPLICATION (FORMS AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS) WHEN YOU SUBMIT IT

So does it means the order is:

Barcode for IMM0008 (page 5)
Barcode for IMM008 (page 6)
Barcode for....
....
Invitation letter
Check List
Form 1
Form 2
...
They are not consistent: The updated Document Checklist says the invitation letter should be the first page of the package.
 
You will need to include copy of citizenship certificate. And change one of the form IMM 1344 for sponsorship where you added your status as PR now you will choose Citizen. And an explanation letter to explain your status change between Interest to Sponsor and while submitting the application.

When you say citizenship certificate, do you mean the certificate given right after the oath ceremony? Or the certificate that has to be obtained from IRCC via an application? I am not even sure if both those certificates are the same or different. Thanks again.

if I dont have co-singer in my application, still I need to fill up information for my spouse in Financial Evaluation form like her employment and employment history ??

So two scenarios, either they saw the missing signature now and return the application back to you OR they may miss it or considered it minor and will request a new form WITH Signature later on after you received your AOR. Nobody knows. So those two are the possible scenarios.

For IMM5768, Q14 I filled like the following

2019-01-01 Present Company: ABC Gross Income : "Say $10000 (Jan to April)" Family Size 4
2018-01-01 2018-12-31 Company: ABC Gross Income : $55000 (NOA line 150) Family Size 4
2017-01-01 2017-12-31 Company: ABC Gross Income : $55000 (NOA line 150) Family Size 4
2016-06-05 2016-12-31 Company: ABC Gross Income : $35000 (NOA line 101) Family Size 4
2016-01-01 2016-06-04 Self Employed Gross Income : $1000 (NOA line 135) Family Size 4

In 2016 June 5th I started with Company ABC , still working and before I was Self employed (sole proprietor). So I separately entered one for ABC and other for Self employment. For 2016 gross income for ABC I just used the Employment income (Line 101) and for Self employment used the Business income (Line 135)
I am sponsoring my father and mother, my wife is co-signing. So for family size I entered 4 (Me+Wife+Father+Mother)

Please advise, the above are correct or not.

Regardless of what it says, the most sensible order is Invitation > Barcode > Forms.

From IRCC's perspective: Why would I scan your IMM0008 Barcode if you weren't invited in the first place? I'd like to know first if we invited you, then I'll scan your Barcodes.;)

Under sponsor eligibility assessment,
Question 5:

In the five years preceding this application, did you become a permanent resident after being sponsored as a spouse, common law partner or conjugal partner?

Since I was sponsored as a spouse after I married my Canadian wife back in 2011, I would still indicate YES for this question right ? and indicating yes will not reject this application since I am sponsoring my parents right?

ALSO

On the document checklist, I would just provide a copy of my birth certificate right? I do not need to provide a copy of my parents' birth certificates right since I am sponsoring my parents and not grandparents, correct?

Preceding 5 years is May 1st 2014 and you become PR 2013, so the answer is NO.

Yes, the citizenship certificate which was awarded to you right after citizenship ceremony. It will have your details such as what is the effective date of citizenship, Certificate number, UCI, DOB, last and first name. Include a copy of that certificate front and back page.
The front page should have Written "Certificate of Canadian Citizenship"

Hi Guys, i am new to this thread and will really appreciate your guidance, i got a confirmation number for my intrest form, however i have not recieved an email as yet , can some one advise if it is normal
 
I don't know the DOB of my mothers parents. It was very long time ago in India and there is no record. What should I do? I can't validate the document without putting their DOB.
 
Updates from CIC on my queries:

If it helps anyone

1. No notary required unless specified in checklist
2. No need to fill additional Dependants form if no dependants
3. Your e mail can be same as your principal applicant, better to fill representative form in this case.
