Application package sent to Mississauga instead of Sydney - Outland Spousal

Sent application package anent above Outland Spousal Sponsorship on 28-june-2018 to
Mississauga.. wasnt able to read latest update that it should be sent to Sydney.
Is CPC- Mississauga going to forward our application to Sydney?
Kindly enlighten us. Your advice is much appreciated.

Application was forwarded by Mississauga to Sydney that time - june
because CiC has given a grace period for anyone who was not able
to read the update that Outland Spousal Apps package should be sent
to Sydney NS. But for later months .. july to date - Outland Spousal Apps
should be sent directly to Sydney NS.

Received AOR for our App after 2 months then.
