Looks like only the 20k will receive email. Rest will be kept in theor reserve and will send emails in next round if any people from 20k dont meet eligibility. Or else next year! !

Hi Did anyone receive Parents and Grandparents Program Invitation for 2019.
I have question. I was asked to submit all the forms on behalf of my parents and me by June 2019.
I am filling all the forms for both sponsor and principal applicants.
How can I get my parents signatures on the principal applicant forms and their photographs if they are not in Canada ?
Also I am sponsoring both my parents do I have to filled all the forms twice on behalf of my mom and dad?
Any suggestions please

People usually fill everything out and send PDF to their parents, parents will print them, sign them and send it to us through courier. Then we shall sign and send them to CPC Ottawa.
If the parents can't take print outs, you need to use courier two way. If any of your friends travelling, that would help.

They didnt ask a copy. I dont think we need to attach a copy. The only document they want is our PR card/Canadian passport and birth certificate.

I always enter passport details as national indentity documents . They ask for copies of passport in the document checklist . No need to notarize .

Send them electronic files, they can print, sign and courier back to you.
They can take photos in their current country and also courier.

where to find the list of documents to be submitted?

Read the guide and the document checklist carefully.
Include ALL required documents on the checklist and check the item included. Be careful on the order of items, I think it's in the guide. (which I missed-read and just included things as the order in the checklist.)
If any of your information is different from the interest to sponsor form, attach a letter to explain it and attach proof when appropriate.
